Key Responsibilities
As a German Customer Advisor at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients across various channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Maintaining accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback on the customer services database
- Offering recommendations to common problems or FAQs (frequently asked questions)

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- reputed company in German language (reputed company-C2 level)
- Previous experience in customer service (asset)
