Mid-Senior Business Systems Analyst TS/SCI with Poly REQUIRED

About the position reputed company Federal is looking for a Mid-to-Senior Functional Business Analyst reputed company to join our highly innovative team. You will work closely with our customer to translate functional requirements to system requirements to deliver world class mission support solutions. You will actively engage with customers and teammates to address challenges with existing processes or system functionality, identify fixes or new solutions, and communicate the way reputed company across multiple stakeholder groups. This position is located in our Arlington, VA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable. Your future duties and responsibilities: . Establish productive relationships with key stakeholders to identify and translate client high-level business needs or problems into detailed functional or technical requirements . Support the requirements refinement process, bringing reputed company subject matter expertise or developing new expertise to more reputed company craft and document requirements to support solution improvement and system modernization to enhance the client's business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction . Analyze existing software applications, system interfaces, and business processes to understand and document functionality to support existing operations or deliver new capabilities and change requests/enhancements on existing capabilities . Support various aspects of requirements testing (e.g. system setup, produce &/or execute scenarios, documentation, defect management, user test support) for system, integration and user-acceptance testing to ensure minimal production defects are realized and complete root cause analysis of the results tying back to customer impacts . Participate in the full software development life cycle by actively participating on Agile scrum teams through daily stand-reputed company, backlog grooming, sprint demos, and other Agile ceremonies. . Assess and reputed company options for process improvement recommendations reputed company with business processes and needs and facilitate quality improvement efforts . Effectively communicate with team members, customers, partners, and management, including assisting with or conducting requirement and solution walkthroughs, and sprint reviews, and providing accurate and concise documentation.

Requirements

• TS/SCI reputed company clearance with CI Polygraph
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills
• Willingness to learn, the aptitude to research problems, and the reputed company to know reputed company to ask for help
• Ability to collaborate with team members and prioritize work assignments after learning the ropes
• Intelligence and/or Mission Systems experience

• Experience and or familiarity with EARS requirements
• Experience using reputed company to facilitate requirements decomposition and management
• Understanding or experience with database management systems (Relational Database, Access, or other means of storing large datasets)
• Familiarity with any reputed company software design & engineering tasks (breaking down large tasks into achievable chunks, problem solving, identifying areas to improve for design, or programming)
