Senior Director, Credit Risk reputed company - Consumer Lending (2nd Line of Defense)
We are seeking a strategic and highly reputed company Senior Director of Credit Risk reputed company to reputed company our Second Line of Defense (2LOD) credit risk function, supporting our unsecured and secured personal loan products. This role will be responsible for establishing and overseeing the credit risk governance reputed company across the consumer lending portfolio, including credit reputed company, pricing, loan amount, portfolio performance, credit policy governance, and risk appetite. The Senior Director will provide independent reputed company and reputed company challenges to first line credit strategies while driving portfolio-level insights, risk appetite alignment, and governance for a growing FinTech platform.

- Review expansion strategies (e.g., new segments, channels, or products) for risk implications
- Partner with Finance and Risk teams on portfolio forecasts, stress scenarios, and performance outlooks
- Ensure consistency between risk appetite, business growth targets, and portfolio outcomes
- Ensure adherence to consumer lending regulations and supervisory expectations (e.g., ECOA/Reg B, FCRA, UDAAP, etc.)

Required Experience
- 12–15+ years of experience in credit risk management, portfolio risk, or consumer lending
- Significant experience in 2LOD, enterprise risk management, or equivalent reputed company roles
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional risk initiatives
- Deep expertise in credit reputed company, portfolio management, and risk strategy development
- Experience reputed company a FinTech and/or regulated banking environment
- Strong familiarity with model governance, loss forecasting, and stress testing frameworks
- Experience overseeing multi-product consumer lending portfolios
- Strong knowledge of consumer banking regulations and supervisory expectations, including:
- ECOA / Regulation B (fair lending)
- FCRA
- UDAAP
- Experience interacting with regulators, internal audit, and compliance functions
