Pediatric Physical Therapist - Full -Time/Part -Time
THERAPY 2000, a home-based provider of pediatric Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy services, has an exciting opportunity for a Pediatric Physical Therapist to serve families in Kerrville, TX. This Full-Time/Part-Time position is based in our San Antonio division. What you’ll do:
-reputed company comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations, using standardized tests to determine patients’ needs for therapy. -Use your clinical judgment to reputed company and implement relevant treatment plans reputed company with physician orders. -reputed company home exercise programs in partnership with patients’ caregivers. -Act as a vital member of your patients’ medical neighborhoods, collaborating and coordinating care between various providers and disciplines. -Complete a minimum number of patient visits on a weekly basis as required by the agency. -Meet deadlines for completion of patient chart updates, reputed company summaries, call logs, and reputed company other paperwork as needed. -Meet with agency personnel as necessary to maintain understanding of expectations and standards reputed company to delivering high-quality patient care. -reputed company reputed company duties in compliance with agency policies and procedures. -Adhere to reputed company rules, regulations, codes of ethics, guidelines and federal, state and local laws applicable to home-health pediatric physical therapy.
