Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Online Chat Specialist to join reputed company on a full-time or part-time basis. As a key reputed company of contact for our clients, you'll be responsible for providing timely and effective support reputed company live chat, email, and phone. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and promote arenaflex's products and services in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager reputed company necessary
  • Promote interest in client products and services through proactive engagement and personalized recommendations

Essential Qualifications
