We're now seeking an experienced Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our Onboarding team, where you'll play a crucial role in guiding our customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they get the most out of our platform, and driving adoption of our suite of products. About the Role

As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you'll be responsible for onboarding new customers, setting up their accounts, and providing training on our system via phone calls and screen sharing calls in English and Italian. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their objectives and tailor our platform to meet their needs, ensuring a seamless and successful onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Onboard new customers by assisting them in setting up the arenaflex account, connections, and training on the system via phone calls and screen sharing calls in English and Italian.

  • Understand customer objectives and potential to correctly set up their account and assist them during the customer journey.
  • Provide a consultative approach to customers to ensure a proper utilization of arenaflex.
  • Analyze the customer base and work proactively with your pipeline of customers to improve the adoption of arenaflex's suite of products and drive upgrades or upsells.
  • Gather customer feedback regarding possible bugs, improvements, and new functionalities, passing it along to the Product team.
  • Work together with other departments (Sales, Support, Product, etc.) to maximize value for customers.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

* 1+ year of experience as an account manager/onboarding in a high-growth SaaS environment or recent graduate with a relevant degree.

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to fully understand our software.
  • Native/Near native level of English and Italian.
  • Experience negotiating and handling commercial conversations with customers in a consultative manner.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts at the same time.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to explain complex concepts in a concrete and understandable way.
  • Excellent organization skills and detail-oriented.
  • Fast learner and capable of keeping up with a fast-growing environment.
  • Experience in the vacation rental software industry is preferred.
