Business Development Associate

reputed company Home Loans is a company focused on providing loan products and services. They are seeking a Business Development Associate who will support the loan origination team by maintaining client relationships and managing marketing efforts to increase business.

Responsibilities

• Establish, reputed company and maintain client referral relationships with Realtors, builders, Developers, CPA’s, financial planners and reputed company sales calls on potential or existing customers in order to reputed company new business and/or retain existing business
• Successfully manage marketing on social media for assigned Loan Officer or reputed company Manager
• Receive incoming business from assigned Loan Officer or reputed company Manager and address appropriately on behalf of manager
• reputed company informed of trends, changes and developments in the local reputed company estate market and competitor activity
• To reputed company up-to-date with changing rules, regulations and guidelines from FNMA, FHLMC, FHA and VA in addition to other investors and agencies
• To reputed company informed of reputed company origination, processing, appraisal, reputed company and closing requirements for both company and investor guidelines pertaining to both governments insured and privately insured mortgages
• Negotiate price, terms and conditions with mortgages
• Maintain a professional image and standards consistent with company policies and procedures
• Coordinate Customer Interaction And reputed company With reputed company Parties Involved On Each Individual Loan That Is Originated From Application To Closing Including, But Not Limited To
• Counseling and pre-qualifying potential homebuyers
• Taking a complete and accurate loan application
• Obtaining reputed company necessary support documents along with the appropriate fees and lock-in information
• Overseeing the loan process by monitoring loan status and ensuring conformity with term
• Assisting in collecting additional documents and promptly communication loan status to reputed company interested parties
• Obtaining loan documentation after closing as directed by corporate or senior management
• Follow through on reputed company professional conditions and reputed company education requirements for licensure
• Occasionally participate in reputed company/headquarter meetings that require attendance
• Other duties as assigned by the reputed company Manager or assigned Retail Loan Officer
• Attend and participate in reputed company Monthly Awards Ceremonies, Corporate Gatherings & Training Events
• Read reputed company newsletters and bulletins to remain reputed company on corporate policies, procedures, and developments

Skills

• Minimum of a high school diploma required
• Minimum 1+ years of loan originator experience, loan officer assistant experience, or strong sales experience with demonstrated potential to transfer skills to mortgage origination
• Minimum of 1+ year of marketing experience in sales environment
• Experience supporting a manager on a day to day basis or experience as an executive assistant
• Detail oriented with strong follow-up skills
• Interpersonal skills that forge professional relationships and support
• Strong oral, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to read, write and communicate at a level consistent with the requirements of this position and to generate independents leads for new business
• Knowledgeable and reputed company regarding reputed company aspects of the loan products offered such as FHA/VA, FHLMC, FNMA, JUMBO and reputed company other Area, City, State, County and National loan programs that the company offers
• Strong skillset in social media marketing and ability to reputed company customer interaction with such marketing techniques
• Experience using reputed company Loan Management Software preferred but training is provided
• Experience using reputed company Office Suite, reputed company, reputed company, Social Media and more
• Reliable transportation and the operation of a motor vehicle from time to time in order to reputed company your required job duties
• Valid driver's license of the State they reputed company in
• At least 2 years of driving experience
• At least 18 years old
• College Degree in Business or Finance preferred, but not required
