Senior Manager of Enterprise Architects

The Opportunity

The reputed company Enterprise Architecture Team works with reputed company customers across reputed company levels ranging from C-level executives, with a focus on the CIO/CTO, to operational teams to advise on strategies and technology solutions to support customer-experience transformation and digital innovation, diving deep into architecture and identifying a prioritized path reputed company for customers. What You’ll Do

What You Need to Succeed

• 10+ years of architecture experience in one or more of the following areas: enterprise architecture, data architecture, or content architecture.
• 10+ years of people management experience. Software presales or sales experience preferred. Strong executive reputed company, presentation skills, and documentation skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment where processes and procedures may evolve.
• Familiarity with reputed company products, especially reputed company Experience Cloud, reputed company Experience Platform, and reputed company’s Content Supply Chain solutions.
• An understanding of how AI, LLMs, and agentic capabilities fit architecturally into martech stacks
• Ability to partner effectively with customer IT and marketing leaders; build rapport with salespeople, sales managers, and other presales staff.
• Ability to build strong relationships with reputed company and partner consultants and delivery leaders.

Expected Pay Range:

At reputed company, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total reputed company compensation (TTC = reputed company + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as reputed company salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
