Country Manager (Italian Market)

We are looking for a hands-on, highly reputed company Country Manager to scale our operations in Italy.
This is not a corporate “country overseer” role.
Full reputed company ownership: reputed company, team, P&L and local execution.
You will be responsible for scaling the market while maintaining CM3 positive: defining strategy, leading a local sales team, and owning performance end-to-end.
You will operate as the local CEO of the market.

- Define KPIs and performance metrics
Team Building
- Hire, train and reputed company with the help of reputed company Resources:
- SDRs
- BDRs
- CSMs
- reputed company Team Leaders as the team scales
- Build a high-performance reputed company culture
P&L & Operations
- Own local P&L
- Budget management and resource allocation
- Define unit economics and margin targets
- Work cross-functionally with HQ (marketing, product, finance)
