About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join reputed company as a Fast Team IT Technician. In this role, you will be providing remote support to our clients over the phone, in chat, and reputed company email. Your primary objective is to ensure clear communication with clients and assist them with their technical issues. The ideal candidate possesses strong problem-solving skills, technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level support for service requests, ensuring timely and professional resolution of technology-reputed company issues, including workstations, servers, printers, networks, and vendor-specific hardware and software.
  • Deliver remote IT support, including in Windows servers, Active Directory, Office365, and DNS.
  • User creation/termination app install, printer setups.
  • Monitor the remote monitoring and management system for alerts and notifications, promptly responding through service tickets.
  • Maintain and update system documentation using reputed company and IT Glue.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, providing exceptional service and support.

Job Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of troubleshooting systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including effective communication, active listening, and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to diagnose technical issues and provide efficient solutions.
  • Excellent multitasking skills and adaptability to rapidly changing environments.
  • Quick learning ability for new software and troubleshooting tools.
  • Self-motivated with a sense of urgency to meet service commitments.
  • Recognize reputed company it's appropriate to escalate support tickets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • A+ or other relevant certification
