Summary of the Job: The P2 Engineer in Information reputed company for FNTS is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, support, and optimization of reputed company tools and systems. This role provides first-level support while identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and reputed company posture. About This Role: Operations & Tool Management Conduct daily reviews of reputed company reputed company tools to ensure optimal performance and availability Monitor and address broken agents, implementing fixes promptly to maintain reputed company posture Apply patches to tools as required, following change management protocols Execute deployments as needed, ensuring minimal disruption to operations Participate in quarterly standup meetings with tool vendors to discuss roadmaps, outstanding tickets, and required escalations Customer Support & Triage Respond to customer tickets as they are received reputed company first-level triage to assess urgency, scope, and appropriate resolution path reputed company reputed company issues to senior engineers with appropriate context and documentation Maintain communication with customers throughout the ticket lifecycle Process Improvement, Governance & Compliance Identify opportunities for improvement in deployment models and operational efficiency Analyze reputed company processes and reputed company data-driven recommendations for optimization Assist with AI governance initiatives as they relate to Information reputed company Conduct spot checks to ensure adherence to established reputed company policies and procedures Document audit findings and recommend corrective actions The Ideal Candidate for This Role:

Required Qualifications

Compensation: Compensation range (reputed company pay): $69,616.00-$114,867.00 This role may have a specific starting pay reputed company this range. Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or reputed company level. Work Environment: It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work in a hybrid reputed company, balancing in-person collaboration three (3) days a week with remote flexibility two (2) days a week.
