Job Summary

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls, email, and chat support. Key Responsibilities

* Field inbound calls on behalf of dealership clients and assist customers with their queries and concerns

• Project a friendly and helpful demeanor while communicating with customers to provide exceptional customer service
• Work reputed company and effectively in a team-based environment to meet customer satisfaction and sales targets
• Schedule service appointments and answer basic inquiries as needed
• Gather and update customer and vehicle information to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Address customer inquiries and concerns to meet dealership and manufacturer objectives
• Conduct outbound calls following a pre-designed script (service/sales follow-up) to engage with customers and promote our clients' products and services
• Adhere to reputed company company direction reputed company to the National Do Not Call List and Privacy Acts to ensure compliance and maintain customer trust

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues

• A quiet workplace, free from distractions, to ensure focused and productive work
• High-speed internet and a compatible wired headset to facilitate seamless communication and data transfer
• Typing skills, minimum of 35 words per minute, to reputed company process customer information and respond to inquiries
