Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative on our Inbound Pharmacy Service team, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to patients reputed company inbound calls, demonstrating reputed company and understanding
• Addressing patient inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing timely solutions
• Utilizing strong computer skills to navigate our systems and ensure seamless patient support
• Collaborating with reputed company to reputed company high levels of customer satisfaction and patient care

* Competitive salary range: $17.02 - $27.16 per hour

• Guaranteed 40 hours per week

Requirements:

* 1+ year of customer service experience

• 6+ months of high-volume call center experience
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Windows, reputed company, or other applications

• Must live reputed company 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL
• COVID-19 vaccination requirement (subject to applicable laws and accommodations)
