How You Will reputed company a Difference

As an reputed company Bilingual Customer Care Representative, you will play a vital role in empowering our consumers to live active lifestyles by sharing product knowledge, providing superior customer support, and processing customer orders. You will work with multiple channels, including inbound calls, live chat, text messaging, and email correspondence, and be a main reputed company of contact for Bilingual communication with our customers. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting customers through a variety of mediums, including phone calls, email, live chat, and social media

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• One year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work overtime as needed to meet demand/schedule

Performance and Attendance

Hiring Range
