About the Customer Service Team

Our arenaflex Contact Centers work towards a single goal: to deliver the best possible support experience to our customers. To do that, our CS Operations teams are empowered and expected to think like owners. We solve problems the first time so that customers have an effortless experience every time. Building on arenaflex's global mission of being the 'Earth's most customer-centric company', the Customer Service team started operations in August 2005 and has grown steadily in size and scope since then.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist customers in expediting orders and correcting post-sales problems through various communication channels, including mail, chat, and phone.

• Utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide excellent customer service skills, including maintaining focus on the customer issue, empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs, and resolving conflicts in a professional manner.
• Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently, maintaining regular and reliable attendance, including the daily schedule as assigned.
• Flexible with the working schedule, may be expected to work weekends, holidays, and events, and work overtime as required by business, up to 60 hours a week.

Essential Qualifications:

* Completed at least two years in college or Senior High Graduate; or

• High school graduate (old curriculum) with at least one year call center/BPO experience
• Less than two years in college with at least one year call center/BPO experience

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or BPO environment.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changes in the work environment.
• Proficient in using a desktop computer system, including reputed company Office and internet applications.
• Familiarity with reputed company's software tools and systems.

• Demonstrates a proficient knowledge of email applications
