Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative – Union Benefits Specialist, you'll play a critical role in educating union members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, answer questions, and help members navigate our benefits programs. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to union members, answering questions and addressing concerns about benefits programs
