Key Responsibilities:
Customer Experience
* Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services, ensuring a positive customer experience.
* Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a seamless and satisfying experience.
* Model and share customer service best practices with reputed company team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
Operations
* Provide customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
* Recommend items for sale to customers and suggest trade-up and/or companion items to enhance their shopping experience.
* Register customer purchases on assigned cash register, collect cash, and distribute change as requested; process voids, returns, reputed company checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
* Maintain a clean and well-merchandised store environment, including counters and shelves, and ensure compliance with company asset protection procedures.
Additional Responsibilities
* Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine, and suggest promotional photo products.
* Assist with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring a clean, reputed company, and orderly store condition and appearance.

Essential Qualifications:
* Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
