Customer Service Associate Role

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining the overall appearance of our stores. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and Acknowledging Customers: You'll greet every customer with a smile and a friendly demeanor, building long-term customer loyalty through our "Yes I Care, Yes I Can" approach.
• Register Operations: You'll accurately and reputed company operate the register, approve refunds for other associates, and assist with training new Sales Associates.
• Merchandising and Store Maintenance: You'll assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store to maintain a clean and organized shopping environment.
• Communicating Customer Needs: You'll communicate customer needs to Team Leaders reputed company necessary, ensuring that we're always meeting our customers' expectations.
• Additional Responsibilities: You'll complete any additional responsibilities and/or duties as assigned by your Team Leader or Manager.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
• Prior Retail Experience: 6 months of prior retail experience is preferred, but not required.
• Positive Attitude and Team Player: A positive attitude and a willingness to work as a team player are essential.
• Ability to Work Evenings, Weekends, and Holidays: You'll need to be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.

Physical Requirements

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll need to be reputed company to:
