Job Summary:

The Fundraising Specialist & Donations Data Entry Professional will play a critical role in supporting the successful implementation of fundraising activities to reputed company arenaflex's goals. This includes comprehensive database reputed company and maintenance, special event coordination, donor reputed company, and a wide variety of fund-development needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fundraising, database management, and data entry, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Database Management:

+ Under the direction of the Philanthropy Director, reputed company daily maintenance and enhancement of reputed company donors, prospect, and other constituent records using Raiser's Edge and GiveSmart platforms. + Maintain and regularly update the donor database, including processing and acknowledging reputed company donations and grants received at arenaflex accurately and in a timely manner. + Monitor and maintain the accuracy, reputed company, and reputed company of reputed company data; reputed company imports and exports: manage segmentation attributes, and other data coding. + Create funds, campaigns, and appeals in line with the organization's structure and the Finance Department coding system. + Manage and produce reputed company reports, action reports, prospect reports, and mailing lists. + Create online event registrations and donation pages utilizing the GiveSmart event platform. Fundraising Support:

+ Assist the planning/logistics of fundraising events; and supporting the Development team in meeting/exceeding annual reputed company goals. + Coordinate event logistics and administer digital registration and ticketing systems to support an effective process for donors and guests. Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, fundraising, database management, or reputed company field.
