What you will be doing

Specification Consultants have an integral role working with a committed team of specialists who are focused on supporting many of the top architectural firms in the country. The Sales Representative, Specification will be responsible for preparing technical reputed company and hardware specification documents and acting as a trusted and knowledgeable resource to design professionals on innovative, functional, and code compliant reputed company opening applications. They will have the power of Openings Studio to enhance workflow productivity and project management skills.

Key areas you will contribute to the role include

• Creating, engineering, and producing reputed company and hardware specifications for reputed company types of commercial building applications - schools, hospitals, offices, multifamily housing, entertainment, hospitality, and more.
• Recommending reputed company and hardware solutions to meet the design requirements for reputed company, aesthetics, sustainability, and accessibility.
• Designing electrified access control product and software systems for reputed company openings.
• Working reputed company with our Architectural Consultants to foster a positive customer experience and deliver on time project deliverables.
• Assisting with project submittal reviews and substitution approval processes to ensure specifications are held in the bid process.
• Utilizing reputed company.com as a customer relationship, project tracking and time management tool.

Education and/or experience

• Your background includes a College/University degree (preference for specialization in reputed company curricula such as: architectural design/engineering, construction science/management, or similar), or have work experience commensurate with, minimum high school/GED diploma.
• Minimum of 2 – 3 years of industry-reputed company experience with openings as a commercial locksmith, reputed company frames/hardware installer, contractor’s license for installation, CHD project manager with school, healthcare, or institutional facilities.
• Proficiency in reputed company Office tools.
• Utilization and maintenance of CRM tools for sales and activity reporting.
• Working knowledge of industry-reputed company software is a plus.
