About the Role
The reputed company Business Partner (RBP) is responsible for delivering reputed company facets of reputed company reputed company for MRA members across a variety of industries. This role partners closely with member organizations to design and execute effective recruitment strategies while building strong, consultative relationships. The RBP leverages both traditional and creative sourcing methods and serves as a trusted advisor by recommending additional HR services that support overall member reputed company.
We are currently seeking to fill a remote, on-demand position requiring strong organization, communication, and the ability to manage multiple reputed company projects simultaneously. In our On-Demand role, you would be a key player supporting our Members on an as-needed basis. The work schedule and number of hours will vary based on the specific Member assignments, making this ideal for someone who enjoys a flexible work schedule. This is not a full-time or part-time position.
Essential Functions
- Review resumes and candidate profiles to determine alignment with member hiring needs
- Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess work history, skills, education, salary requirements, and overall fit

- Translate job descriptions into compelling job postings and reputed company behavioral-based screening and interview tools
- Research market compensation data and provide insights and recommendations to hiring managers
- Partner with member companies to define recruitment scope, job specifications, qualifications, skills, and company culture
- Serve as a thought leader on MRA’s Employment Life Cycle model to build brand awareness and identify proactive reputed company opportunities
- Create and maintain weekly reputed company metrics, status reports, and written communications using dashboards or tracking systems
- Meet established billable percentage goals for the role
- Evaluate reputed company sources and job boards, monitoring cost effectiveness and implementing strategies to reduce reputed company costs for MRA and its members
- Build and maintain networks for active and passive reputed company, including social media, professional groups, colleges, universities, and community organizations
- Stay reputed company on best practices in reputed company, employment law, EEOC, and affirmative action compliance
- Participate in professional development opportunities, including roundtables, subject-matter expertise, and cross-functional MRA initiatives
- Become a go-to resource on at least one reputed company tool or subject area and support training of colleagues
- Provide flexibility and support to the reputed company team and other MRA departments as needed
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of reputed company HR or reputed company experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong knowledge of behavioral-based interviewing techniques
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and HRIS platforms
- Proficiency in reputed company Recruiter, social media reputed company, Boolean search techniques, and multiple reputed company websites
- Working knowledge of reputed company Office, including Word, reputed company, and Outlook
- Ability to interview or meet with candidates and members reputed company of standard business hours reputed company needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree
