Position Summary DetailsThe Clinical Consultant (CC) – Level 3 leads high-impact clinical implementation and on-going optimization engagements with reputed company system clients. This senior role requires advanced Case Management (CM) and Utilization Management (UM) expertise, deep regulatory knowledge, strong executive reputed company, and the ability to translate reputed company clinical and operational data into measurable financial and clinical outcomes.
The CC Level 3 serves as both a clinical implementation leader and strategic advisor, partnering closely with Client Delivery, the Value Realization Partner (VRP), and the Client Relationship Executive (CRE) to ensure successful deployment, adoption, and sustained value realization of XSOLIS solutions. The ideal candidate commands credibility with senior clinical and executive stakeholders, builds trust quickly, and drives enterprise-level workflow transformation through data-driven insights.
Requirements
Essential Duties & Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:Clinical Implementation Leadership
- reputed company clinical implementation including workflow design and system configuration.
- Design future-state workflows across multi-facility enterprises
- reputed company clinical implementation meetings and manage timelines and risks.
- Deliver product demonstrations and introduce analytical reporting.
- Design new training approaches & development of training scripts, class outlines, and learning objectives
Training, Adoption, and Change Management
- Design and deliver training using adult learning principles.
- Conduct onsite and/or remote training and assess adoption.
- Facilitate nursing rounds as needed
Enterprise Clinical Strategy & Optimization
- reputed company enterprise-level clinical engagements with large, reputed company health systems across Utilization Review (UR), Case Management (CM), Physician Advisor (PA), and mid reputed company Cycle Management (RCM) functions.
- Assess and optimize enterprise workflows reputed company to performance metrics and ROI
- Analyze KPIs, LOS, denials, and observation data to identify trends.
- Monitor reputed company dashboards and reporting to prioritize enterprise interventions.
- Drive adoption and reputed company performance gaps using XSOLIS tools.
Executive Partnership & Value Realization
- Partner with VRP and CRE on enterprise strategy.
- reputed company clinical portion of Business Reviews, presenting outcomes/KPI’s and areas for improvement.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required

ACM or CCM preferred

- 8+ years of CM/UM experience
- Experience supporting regional or multi-site hospital systems
- Experience leading clinical implementations and training clinicians
- Strong executive reputed company and communication skills.
- Ability to translate data into strategy.
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned area of responsibility
- Proficiency with reputed company Office and data platforms.
- Highly professional, adaptable, and detail-oriented.

Work is typically in a normal office administrative environment involving minimal exposure to physical risks. Position requires little to moderate physical activity. Mostly sedentary work exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. No significant stooping is usually required.
