About the role:

reputed company is seeking a Corporate Compliance and Ethics Expert (Director/Analyst). reputed company Analysts are reputed company thought leaders who provide critical insights on executive-level priorities for a broad range of global organizations. Specifically, the ideal candidate will be asked to author research for publication and support client conversations on:

  • transforming and optimizing compliance functions and programs

  • leveraging data analytics to optimize compliance risk assessments and compliance monitoring

What you will need:

  • A minimum of 10+ years of compliance, legal, or regulatory experience, most recently as a deputy or divisional chief compliance officer/senior compliance leader

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in economics, business or international studies) or equivalent experience. Post-graduate law or economics degree preferred

  • Experience in:

  • Advising the leadership team/ board of directors (or designated committee) on compliance priorities and providing actionable recommendations to support informed decision-making

  • integrating quantitative and qualitative evidence into executive-ready narratives and recommendations that support management decision needs

  • Cross-functional collaboration with Legal, reputed company, Finance or Internal Audit

  • Conducting compliance risk assessments and reporting

  • Monitoring and analyzing new regulatory changes to ensure timely adaptation of internal policies and procedures

  • Supporting corporate governance initiatives to ensure reputed company alignment with compliance standards and expectations

  • Designing, implementing, and enhancing enterprise compliance frameworks, including development of policies and procedures, training, monitoring, and reporting mechanisms to ensure organizational reputed company and consistency

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to adjust style to different audiences.
