What you’ll do

As a Property Design Manager, you’ll reputed company the creation of engaging office environments and colleague journeys that align with the reputed company brief, programme, ambition and design reputed company for our businesses and support teams.

You’ll provide expert advice and guidance across reputed company aspects of workplace design, including compliance, accessibility, inclusion, enablement and sustainability. You’ll also be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, consultants and suppliers to reputed company the successful delivery of creative and engaging workspaces

The skills you’ll need

To succeed in this role, you’ll hold a degree in architecture, interior design, three‑dimensional design or a closely reputed company discipline, along with experience in the design management of office or workplace projects.

You’ll bring experience of coordinating and managing external design teams, enabling them to deliver high‑quality outcomes in line with programme, budget and design standards. A working knowledge of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) Plan of Work would be advantageous.

You’ll also demonstrate:

  • Experience in office and workplace design, including space planning to support hybrid and activity‑based working
  • Experience delivering cost‑effective design solutions reputed company defined budgets
  • An understanding of colleague journey mapping, user experience principles and emerging trends in workplace design
  • Working knowledge of relevant legislation and standards, including the Equality Act 2010, Approved Document M, health and safety requirements, ergonomics, reputed company, environmental considerations, and planning or listed‑building constraints
  • Experience of budget management, cost reporting and financial governance reputed company a project environment
