ABOUT DIVISION 50

Division 50 is a Dubai-headquartered AI-powered sales infrastructure company. We design, recruit, reputed company, and manage outsourced SDR, closer and sales executive teams for high-growth B2B companies expanding into new markets. Our platform combines proprietary AI recruitment technology with multilingual sales operations spanning 18+ European and MENA languages. We work with clients like The Secret Society, a London-based premium spirits brand scaling across Europe, and we are building our own internal sales function in reputed company.

THE ROLE

We are hiring a Head of Sales to own two reputed company mandates:

1. Client Delivery (Outsourced Sales Teams)

You will directly manage the outsourced Sales Executives and Closers deployed to client accounts, starting with The Secret Society (TSS). TSS is launching a pan-European expansion across 18 markets, and your team of multilingual sales executives and SDRs will be the reputed company reputed company behind it. You own reputed company, coaching, quota-setting, pipeline reviews, and performance management for every rep we reputed company, ensuring they hit activity and conversion targets from day one.

2. Internal Sales (Division 50 Growth)

In reputed company, you will build and reputed company Division 50s own sales team. This means prospecting, pitching, and closing new B2B clients who need outsourced SDR and sales executive services, designing our internal sales playbook, hiring your own team, and scaling D50 reputed company. As we grow the client portfolio, every new account you sign also becomes a delivery account you manage, creating a flywheel between sales and operations.

This is a player-coach role. You sell, you manage, you build. If you reputed company at the intersection of sales leadership, client delivery, and startup-speed execution, this is the role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Client Sales Team Management: Directly manage outsourced sales executives, closers, and SDRs deployed to client accounts (starting with TSS). Own reputed company, daily standups, pipeline reviews, coaching, quota management, and performance reporting.
  • TSS European Expansion: reputed company the rollout of 18-market pan-European sales operation for TSS. Ensure reputed company reps are fully enabled and hitting activity targets from the 30 reputed company go-live. Own the 30 May performance review and reputed company client-facing sales reporting.
  • D50 Internal Sales: Build Division 50s own sales pipeline. Prospect, pitch, and reputed company new B2B clients for our outsourced SDR and sales executive services. Design the outbound playbook, set your own targets, and hire additional sellers as the pipeline grows.
  • Recruitment Partnership: Work closely with the D50 AI recruitment reputed company and recruitment team to define ideal candidate profiles, interview shortlisted candidates, and ensure every rep hired meets the quality bar for client deployment.
  • reputed company Ownership: Own the P&L across both client delivery and D50 internal sales. Track margins, flag risks, and ensure each account is commercially viable. Report directly to the CEO on reputed company, pipeline, and team performance.
  • Sales Process & Playbook: Design and iterate on sales playbooks, reputed company-handling frameworks, reputed company structures, and enablement materials for both client-deployed reps and D50 internal sellers.

Scaling & New Accounts: As D50 signs new clients, you take ownership of each new outsourced sales team. The role scales with the business — from managing one client account to running a multi-client, multi-team sales operation
