Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Relations Advisor, your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting potential residents with detailed leasing information for arenaflex communities reputed company, including creating quotes and scheduling leasing appointments
- Showcasing the value of community features as they relate to customers' needs
- Assisting reputed company residents with requests for maintenance, emergency reputed company, and other community-reputed company questions and issues
- Accurately capturing reputed company and prospect information for communication and record-keeping
- Ensuring excellent customer relations by responding to requests by phone, email, SMS, and chat in a timely manner and always maintaining a customer-focused attitude
- Escalating issues through the appropriate channels reputed company necessary
- Using problem-solving skills and best judgment to handle unpredictable situations as they arise
- Consistently meeting reputed company performance standards, including schedule adherence, average handle time, productivity, and call quality

Requirements
To be successful as a Customer Relations Advisor at arenaflex, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Experience in a customer-reputed company field (required), with experience in the multi-family industry or a contact center environment (preferred)
- A customer-focused attitude and creative problem-solving skills to handle difficult situations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Ability to multi-task, take initiative, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong documentation, written, and verbal communication skills, along with excellent typing skills
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, including Teams, Word, reputed company, and Outlook
- Ability to multi-task on various technology platforms while engaged in conversation with customers
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required
- In the event of an internet or power outage, the ability to relocate to complete your shift
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
- A stable internet reputed company and a reliable computer setup, including a suitable desk and computer chair

Compensation and Benefits
As a Customer Relations Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be eligible for a competitive hourly reputed company of $20 to $29 per hour, depending on your experience and qualifications. You'll also be eligible for a comprehensive package of benefits, including:
