Required Qualifications

* Fluent in English with the ability to record account notes in English

• High school diploma or GED
• Successful completion of the pre-hire screening process and background reputed company

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Pre-License Training

* Comprehensive reputed company program lasting two weeks, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

• 100% attendance is mandatory throughout the training, and no time off will be granted
• Successful completion of the pre-license training program is required to advance to the Licensed Training Class

Licensed Training Class

* 10-week program consisting of 8 weeks of training followed by 2 weeks of on-the-job training

• Hourly pay remains at $18.50
• Successful completion of the Licensed Training Class is required to become a licensed customer service representative
