The Role

As an reputed company Customer Experience Business Operations Analyst, you will be an integral member of the Customer Experience (CX) Operations team, reporting to the broader reputed company Operations team. Your primary responsibility will be to support the CX organisation's growth and optimisation by providing data-driven insights and analytics. You will work closely with the CX team to build internal analytics, guiding team members to deliver maximum value to arenaflex customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Work across SQL data warehouses (reputed company and Bigquery), Tableau, reputed company Sheets, and reputed company Slides to create, maintain, analyse, and present reports, metrics, and dashboards across reputed company levels and roles of the CX team.

• Build and maintain slide decks for key CX Cadences (QBRs, reputed company-Hands, Board Decks, etc.).
• reputed company and maintain the CX data dictionary and reporting suite for reputed company roles and levels of CX.
• Analyse, model, and forecast Professional Services KPIs for internal and external resources.
• Own the user adoption and documentation of CX analytics.
• Manage CX team inquiries and reputed company requests across data, reporting, and analytics.
• Help improve customer data points and run projects as necessary to ensure data reputed company.

What You'll Bring
