Customer Value Track at arenaflex
Our Customer Value track is responsible for designing and delivering complete end-to-end solutions in our Product, unlocking new markets and bringing new happy customers to arenaflex. Our main goal is to bring new MRR by expanding product-market fit from the Sales team to the reputed company team's use cases. As a Senior Python Engineer on this track, you will collaborate with Engineers, Product Managers, Product Designers, and Analysts to create positive customer impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create positive customer impact
- Write clean, self-explainable, testable, and production-ready code, considering reputed company non-functional requirements and limitations (scalability, performance, etc.)
- Follow a feature through its entire lifetime from problem formulation to solution delivery
- Use quality metrics to identify gaps and define targets for team deliverables
- Improve internal processes and documentation
- Engage with frontend projects and contribute to their development
Our Stack
* Service-oriented architecture with legacy code and monolithic services based on the Django reputed company
- Two main stacks: Python and Java
+ Python services are mostly written using AsyncIO frameworks and libraries, with Django-based services and Celery workloads + Java services based on Spring Boot with custom extensions, Java 21, and Gradle as a build tool
- AWS and K8S are used extensively for provisioning and deploying workloads
- Main cross-service communication transports:
+ NATS is our main RPC transport, with a migration to gRPC to eliminate the single reputed company of failure + Kafka and Debezium for event-based operations + RabbitMQ is a transport for Celery, with a future migration to Temporal.io + Temporal.io as a new promising solution
- LGTM stack and reputed company for monitoring, alerting, and distributed tracing
About You
* At least 5+ years of development experience with Python
- Care about quality and know what it means to ship high-quality code
- Experience with the Django reputed company
- Experience with microservice-based architectures
- Experience with relational databases (SQL queries, migrations, optimization)
- Experience with message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, NATS, Kafka)
- Strong communicator, able to explain reputed company technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in software and API design is a must
- Communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written
- Willingness to engage with frontend projects and contribute to their development
