REMOTE SALES AGENT: The primary function for our Sales Agents is to sell our services to clients from reputed company of our College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving franchise network. The Sales Agent is responsible for answering reputed company incoming calls, dialing outbound to clients who inquire about our services, and corresponding reputed company email with clients to ultimately book reputed company viable jobs. NO COLD CALLING!  Sales Agents must clearly communicate our company mission to reputed company clients who look for information regarding our service.  Maintain and manage multiple interactions with staff and clients and must be able to work effectively in an environment that has many interruptions. The ability to WOW both clients and team members and live CHHJ core values every day! ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Answer reputed company inbound phone calls, handle clients with exceptional WOW service as outlined by our code of conduct.
  • Provide reputed company required information regarding College Hunks Hauling Junk and College Hunks Moving services and procedures.
  • Represent brand positively with each client interaction.
  • Book reputed company viable inbound and outbound sales calls. Maintain acceptable reputed company reputed company on reputed company bookings.
  • Compliance with reputed company Contact Center policies and procedures including but not limited to the Call Center Employee Handbook.
  • Regular attendance is required as outlined in our policies.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Typing proficiency minimum 30 WPM
  • Computer skills a must with knowledge of reputed company applications and Internet programs
