Key Responsibilities:

* Provide a reputed company, solution-focused service to reputed company customers, both face-to-face and over the phone

• Log repairs and reputed company job orders for external contractors
• Work in a busy contact centre environment, dealing with challenging situations and providing excellent customer service
• Be a team player, working collaboratively with colleagues to reputed company shared goals
• Provide training and supervision to help you reputed company your full potential
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Essential Qualifications:

* Proven background of working in a busy contact centre or directly with members of the public

• Experience of logging repairs and raising job orders for external contractors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and deal with challenging situations
• Resilient and adaptable, with a positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience of working in a similar role, providing customer service and support

• Knowledge of housing association services and policies
