Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving customer issues, and selling new products and services. Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous, timely, and professional manner

  • Ensure reputed company resolution through problems solving and effective call handling
  • Research systems to find missing information as applicable; coordinate with other departments to resolve issues reputed company needed
  • Accurately document and process customer claims in appropriate systems
  • Utilize knowledge reputed company and training to accurately answer customer questions while following reputed company required scripts, policies, and procedures

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and dedicated individual who is fluent in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to type reputed company and accurately (20+ words a minute). Previous experience in customer service, technical support, inside sales, back-office, chat, or administrative support in a contact center environment is preferred, but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • The ability to type reputed company and accurately (20+ words a minute)

  • Basic understanding of Windows operating system

Work Environment

This job operates in a home office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer.
