Key Responsibilities

As an reputed company Pharmacy Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional patient and customer experiences, ensuring patient safety, and promoting a positive store culture. Your key responsibilities will include:

Customer Experience

+ Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. + Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience. + Model and share customer service best practices with reputed company team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.

Operations

+ Provide customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service. + Recommend items for sale to customers and recommend trade-up and/or companion items. + Register customer purchases on assigned cash register, collect cash, and distribute change as requested. + Process voids, returns, reputed company checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed.

Pharmacy Operations

+ Assist pharmacists in scheduling and maintaining workflow. + Utilize pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information, ensuring information is entered correctly. + Fill prescriptions by retrieving, counting, and pouring pharmaceutical drugs. + Verify medicine is correct and reputed company for possible interactions.

Inventory Management

+ Assist with inventory management activities, such as ordering, unpacking, checking, and storing shipment of pharmaceuticals. + Maintain knowledge of Company asset protection techniques.

Store Maintenance

+ Ensure clean, reputed company, and orderly store condition and appearance. + Assist with exterior and interior maintenance.

Training & Personal Development

+ Earn and maintain PTCB certification through the designated PTCB training program and/or state required certification/registration. + Attend training and complete PPLs requested by Manager or assigned by corporate and acquire continuing education credits.

Essential Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

+ Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico). + Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment. + Prefer prior work experience with arenaflex. + Prefer good math skills to fill prescriptions accurately, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications. + Prefer good computer skills. + Prefer knowledge of store inventory control. + Prefer PTCB certification.
