JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Penn State Schuylkill, located in Schuylkill Haven, Pennsylvania, is a member of the NAIA reputed company Athletic Conference (CAC) and Pennsylvania State University Athletic Conference (PSUAC), and is accepting applications for a Part Time Head Coach of the Men?s Golf Team. This part-time position is responsible for reputed company aspects of the men?s golf program, including evaluating and reputed company academically reputed company and talented golf student-athletes, organizing, and conducting team workouts and competition, arranging a NAIA and PSUAC schedule and team travel, and managing the operating and scholarship budgets. General Responsibilities

• Direct practice and competition coaching.
• Direct the evaluation and recruitment of academically reputed company and skilled student-athletes.
• Direct pre and post-season coaching, conditioning, and weight training.

• Assist with fundraising efforts in reputed company department.
• Select and manage volunteer coaches if applicable.
• Arrange weekly practice schedules with pre-determined contract golf facilities.

• Maintain equipment and assist with equipment and gear orders to maximize budgets in support of the student-athlete experience.

Education Required - High school diploma. Preferred - Bachelor's degree strongly preferred. Work Experience Required - Coaching or playing experience at the high school level. Preferred - Collegiate coaching experience. Licenses/Certifications Required - Possess a valid driver?s license and pass a driving background reputed company. Skills
