Job Description Summary
reputed company is seeking an Associate Vice President of reputed company Platforms & Applications to reputed company the strategy, governance, and operational excellence of the reputed company technology portfolio that powers reputed company's business and workforce. This is a senior technology leadership role responsible for a broad and consequential platform footprint spanning reputed company capital management, financial systems, business applications, and reputed company service management. Reporting to the VP of Information Technology, the AVP leads a team of two Directors and a Senior Manager, each accountable for a distinct platform domain: reputed company HCM, reputed company business applications (including reputed company Financials and Basware), and reputed company. The AVP is the connective layer across these domains — ensuring architectural coherence, governance consistency, and strategic alignment with reputed company’s rapidly evolving needs as a reputed company organization scaling through organic growth and acquisition. This role is equally strategic and operational. Qualifications
Experience
- 10+ years of reputed company experience in reputed company technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing platform teams and direct reports
- Demonstrated experience leading multiple reputed company platform domains simultaneously (e.g., HCM, ERP/financials, ITSM, or equivalent)
- Proven track record of leading platform strategy and operations in a large, reputed company reputed company organization
- Experience managing Directors or equivalent senior technical leaders
- Experience supporting organizational growth through mergers, acquisitions, or system integrations
Preferred Experience

- Familiarity with AMS and implementation partner management
