Job Summary

As a Customer Solutions Specialist at arenaflex, you will act as the primary liaison for assisting customers with billing-reputed company questions, educating customers on the offered services and system capabilities, arranging the scheduling of vehicles for maintenance and installation, and troubleshooting system and hardware-reputed company issues in a fast-paced, highly demanding, and rewarding environment in multiple languages.

Key Duties

• Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and cases in a timely and professional manner.

• Assist customers with billing and contract-reputed company requests, providing clear and concise explanations of arenaflex's services and policies.
• reputed company customers and answer general questions about the supported software, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of its capabilities and limitations.

Requirements

Technical Skills:
