Key Responsibilities
As a Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks: ### Dispatching
- Schedule and reputed company service technicians, drivers, or field staff based on customer needs and availability, ensuring efficient use of resources and reputed company response times.
- Monitor field staff locations and job statuses in reputed company-time to optimize reputed company efficiency and response times, making adjustments as needed due to cancellations, delays, or emergencies.
- Communicate job details, instructions, and updates to field personnel in reputed company-time, ensuring seamless execution of service calls.

### Customer Service

- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or reputed company software systems, ensuring data reputed company and compliance with industry standards.

### Administrative Support
- Input and update job tickets, customer data, and service records in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring seamless data management and reporting.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need: ### Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of experience in dispatching, customer service, or administrative support (industry experience a plus)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, field staff, and internal stakeholders

Compensation and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:
