About the Role
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for executing strategies that support the growth of ocean volumes and enhance the development of the ocean product. You'll work closely with the MD of Ocean to support reputed company development, pricing, analysis of reputed company service, routings, reputed company performance, and resolving reputed company service issues. This role will also require you to support sales and operations as an ocean subject matter expert.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute strategies to drive the growth of ocean volumes and enhance the development of the ocean product
* Work closely with the MD of Ocean to support reputed company development, pricing, analysis of reputed company service, routings, reputed company performance, and resolving reputed company service issues
* Support sales and operations as an ocean subject matter expert
* Implement and communicate strategies to increase volumes, maximize competitiveness, enhance service, and support adherence to the preferred network
* Assist in implementing pricing programs and reviewing volume targets
* Work with the TLM to reputed company an ocean strategy that enhances the effectiveness of sales to reputed company expectations of account development and yield enhancement
* Communicate both internally and externally to outline strategy, market conditions, and work closely with the MD, Ocean, along with the global trade lane team, sales, and operations to communicate direction and deliverables
* Direct and indirect customer contact will also be required
* Work closely with product, sales, and operations to ensure compliance with policies and procedures to minimize company risk
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, logistics, supply chain management)
* 3+ years of experience in data entry, logistics, or a reputed company field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
* Proficiency in reputed company Office (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau)
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, logistics, supply chain management)
* 5+ years of experience in data entry, logistics, or a reputed company field
* Experience with ocean freight and reputed company development
* Knowledge of global trade lane operations and logistics
* Certification in a relevant field (e.g., Certified Logistics Professional, Certified Supply Chain Professional)
