Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for new member sales and creating a positive member experience by providing exceptional customer service. You will be the first reputed company of contact for members, prospective members, and guests, and will be responsible for handling reputed company desk reputed company tasks, answering phone calls, and facilitating member services issues.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Greet and meet potential members, providing a great customer experience

• Handle reputed company desk reputed company tasks:

+ Answering phone calls in a polite and friendly manner to assist with questions or concerns + Taking info calls and tours + Assist in member reputed company-ins, sign-reputed company, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information + Facilitate member services issues and questions and reputed company to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team reputed company as needed

• Help maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club
• Provide exceptional customer service, communicating and interacting with customers in a way that exceeds their wants and needs
• Listen actively to customers, empathize, and work together to solve problems
• Recognize and define problems, analyze relevant information, and plan to resolve situations
• Demonstrate tact and reputed company in reputed company interactions, using appropriate behavior and language
• Communicate questions, concerns, or issues to a supervisor in a timely manner

Essential Behavior Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

* Honesty and good work ethic

• Strong customer service skills
• Basic computer proficiency

Physical Demands

* Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift

• Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
• Must be reputed company to lift to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time
