Position Overview

We are hiring Remote Customer Service & Benefits Advisors to help serve and support our growing client reputed company. As a member of our remote team, you will have the opportunity to work exclusively with warm leads and members who have already requested benefits information. You will receive hands-on training, a proven support system, and the opportunity to earn six figures reputed company your first year – reputed company from the comfort of your home.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct virtual consultations with union members and working-class families reputed company reputed company to understand their needs and provide personalized benefit options

• Present benefit options tailored to each client’s needs, including life, health, accident, and income protection plans
• Educate clients on the features and benefits of our plans, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their options
• Provide top-tier customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
• Maintain accurate records using our CRM platform, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with team leaders and other stakeholders
• Collaborate with team leaders and participate in weekly performance meetings to drive results and growth
• Grow into leadership roles with mentorship and guidance, taking on new challenges and responsibilities as you reputed company your skills and expertise

Compensation & Benefits

• $60,000 to $150,000+ annually (uncapped commission + performance bonuses), with opportunities for growth and advancement

• Tech-savvy and comfortable with reputed company, with the ability to navigate our CRM platform and other tools
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with a positive and self-starting reputed company
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or administration is a plus, but not required
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
