About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Log in to the business's social media account and engage with customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize provided information and answers to frequently asked questions to resolve customer inquiries
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all responses
  • Work independently and manage your time effectively to meet productivity and quality standards
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues

Essential Qualifications:
