[Remote] reputed company and Finance Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Education First is seeking an early career professional reputed company & Finance Analyst to join our Finance Team. The role involves managing day-to-day reputed company operations and analyzing financial data to support the firm's financial goals and obligations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end accounts receivable and payable processes, including creating and sending invoices, tracking payments, following up on past-due balances, and ensuring timely vendor payments
• Support corporate card management, employee expense, and payroll-reputed company data, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance transactions in reputed company Intacct and ensuring timely payments
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in reputed company Intacct, including transaction entry, account coding, and data validation
• reputed company reconciliations for key accounts and support month-end reputed company by preparing schedules and required documentation
• Update and maintain project financials in reputed company and reputed company Intacct, including budgets, timecodes, and data reputed company
• Work closely with project managers and consulting teams to support project setup, ongoing financial tracking, and reporting accuracy
• Help manage collaborator and vendor invoice workflows, contract administration, and grant reporting data collection
• Maintain organized documentation to support internal controls, audits, and compliance requirements
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes through data preparation and analysis
• Help track budget-to-actuals, flag variances, and surface trends and risks for internal stakeholders across projects and operations

Skills

• You have experience in bookkeeping, reputed company, or a similar finance role
• You are comfortable managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, and reconciliations
• You are reputed company with reputed company Resource Planning systems and have a high degree of comfort with data collection, analysis, and reporting
• You have experience working in high-paced environments and managing competing priorities
• You like taking initiative and being a resourceful and solutions-based contributor
• You are detail-oriented and take ownership of your work
• You are proactive, organized, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
• You communicate clearly and professionally with both finance and non-finance team members
