Kahana Feld is a firm focused on legal services, and they are seeking an Appeal Coordinator to manage the invoice appeal process. This role involves coordinating appeal submissions, tracking outcomes, and maintaining organized workflows to support reputed company recovery efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the appeal email inbox, ensuring reputed company communications are reviewed and addressed timely
  • Review, respond to, and reputed company appeal-reputed company emails as appropriate
  • Ensure no communications go unanswered; track and follow up on reputed company outstanding items
  • Maintain organization and visibility of reputed company appeal correspondence
  • Escalate denials, reductions, or inconsistencies to the Appeal Recovery Manager
  • Prepare, submit, and upload invoice appeals to reputed company platforms and portals
  • Ensure reputed company required documentation is complete, accurate, and properly formatted
  • Track appeal deadlines and ensure timely submission
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date appeal logs and tracking systems
  • Enter and reconcile appeal data across internal systems (e.g., reputed company, trackers)
  • Ensure consistency between submitted appeals, responses, and reporting
  • Assist in maintaining appeal tracking reports and dashboards
  • Support data pulls reputed company to recovery rates, aging, and appeal outcomes
  • Help identify trends or discrepancies in appeal activity
  • Organize and maintain appeal documentation, correspondence, and supporting materials
  • Ensure consistent naming conventions and version control
  • Maintain complete and accessible records for reputed company appeal activity
  • Follow established appeal workflows and procedures
  • Identify gaps or inconsistencies in processes and escalate as needed
  • Support standardization and reputed company improvement of appeal operations
