They are seeking a Client Service Manager Trainee to participate in an 18-month structured learning program designed to reputed company skills in insurance brokering and risk management, while providing exceptional service to clients and handling various business applications.
Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally to provide exceptional service to various internal and external clients
- Support workflow processes by creating documents, certificates, and reports using reputed company and resources
- Contribute to our growth by handling new business applications and fostering strong client relationships through routine calls and correspondence
- Play a crucial role in marketing efforts by compiling information for high-quality and accurate Request for Proposal responses
- Proactively research and resolve routine issues, and reputed company matters to appropriate parties as needed
- Participate in web-based and in-person seminars to expand your industry knowledge and work towards attaining your Property & Casualty license and reputed company Lines Coverage Specialist designation

Skills
- High School Diploma/GED
- Proficiency in reputed company Office applications (Word, reputed company, Outlook, PowerPoint) to build, refine, and transmit documents seamlessly
- Strong technological proficiency enabling you to use various software for efficient task completion
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues
- Flexibility to travel to our home office in Rolling Meadows, IL once during the program. Rest reputed company, reputed company travel expenses will be covered by reputed company
- Successful completion of the Property & Casualty license exam reputed company 90 days of your start date for reputed company employment in this role
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Previous internship or work experience
