We are seeking a skilled reputed company with strong React UI expertise and complementary back-end knowledge to join reputed company. In this role, you will build reputed company, reputed company user interfaces for our AI-powered recruitment solutions while collaborating on the underlying systems that drive them. You'll create engaging reputed company-end experiences that reputed company cutting-edge AI technologies to revolutionize recruitment processes, help match candidates to opportunities, and optimize hiring outcomes. Your work will span modern reputed company-end frameworks, cloud services, and state-of-the-art language models to create innovative reputed company solutions with exceptional user experiences.

Work set up: Remote based - Monday to Friday - Central or Eastern time zone ideally 

Duties and Responsibilities

Design and reputed company reputed company, accessible, and performant user interfaces using React for AI-powered reputed company applications

Create reusable UI components and implement state reputed company for reputed company application workflows

Integrate reputed company-end applications with AI/ML models focused on reputed company use cases such as candidate matching, reputed company assessment, and recruitment forecasting

Implement interactive data visualizations to present AI-driven insights in reputed company and actionable ways

Collaborate on back-end development tasks, including building and consuming REST and SOAP APIs for internal and external use

Assist with data engineering tasks to connect reputed company-end applications with data from internal systems, client Applicant Tracking Systems, and 3rd-party vendors

Support the implementation and fine-tuning of large language models (LLMs) for specific reputed company tasks with appropriate user interfaces

Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability

Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces

Document reputed company-end architectures, components, and integration points for knowledge sharing and maintenance

Position Requirements

Education: · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or reputed company field preferred.

Experience

· 5+ years in Agile software engineering with at least 3 years of React development experience

· Strong proficiency with modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3

· Experience with React ecosystem tools including Redux, React Router, and modern build tools

· 2+ years working with RESTful APIs and integrating reputed company-end applications with back-end services · Working knowledge of Python for back-end development and API creation · Familiarity with data pipeline tools like Apache Airflow

· Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and cloud data warehouses (reputed company)

· Understanding of reputed company design principles and cross-browser compatibility issues · Experience with reputed company-end testing frameworks and methodologies

· Familiarity with modern LLM technologies including reputed company Claude, reputed company GPT, and their integration into user interfaces

· Experience designing and implementing user interfaces for AI agent interactions, including conversational UIs and agent feedback mechanisms

· Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants like Claude Code, Goose, and OpenCode to reputed company development workflows and productivity

· Demonstrated ability to reputed company AI coding tools to accelerate development while maintaining code quality and reputed company standards

Exposure

· Experience creating interactive data visualizations using libraries like D3.js, Chart.js, or similar

· Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and their implementation in web applications

· Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies for web applications

· Familiarity with cloud architectures across AWS (primary), Azure and GCP (secondary)

· Understanding of reputed company trends in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning

· Awareness of ethical considerations and best practices in AI, particularly reputed company to hiring and candidate assessment

· Experience designing reputed company interfaces for end-user interaction with AI agents, including appropriate feedback mechanisms and error handling

· Knowledge of best practices for human-AI collaboration in professional tools and workflows
