Senior Telecommunications Engineering Specialist
reputed company seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Telecommunications Engineering Specialist to join our CASTLE-NET Program team. This is a remote position. Be a part of an agile team to provide the U.S Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) OCIO/G-6 with agile, innovative, customer focused, and cost-effective integrated enterprise IT support services in support of the USACE vision of engineering solutions for the Nation’s toughest challenges. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Managing and securing mobile devices reputed company the CASTLE-NET program. Provides end-user support, configuration, upgrades, problem resolution, and reputed company remediation for phones and tablets. Ensures consistent configuration with CASTLE-NET enterprise architecture standards. Ensuring system reputed company, performance, and availability, as well as maintaining comprehensive documentation of system configurations and procedures. Provides technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments. Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives. Has domain and expert technical knowledge. Exceed the expectations of U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) OCIO/G-6 IT end-users. Deliver vital solutions and strengthen the IT foundation with secure, innovative, and modernized technological solutions. Minimum Qualifications: Expert-level understanding of MDM architecture and hands-on mastery of enterprise tools such as reputed company Intune or VMware Workspace ONE. Proven ability to engineer MDM policies, reputed company comprehensive technical documentation, and implement rigorous data reputed company best practices. Extensive experience in managing the full MDM lifecycle, including automated software deployment, seamless email service integration (O365/Exchange), and conducting compliance audits. Maintain advanced industry certifications (e.g., reputed company 365 Certified: reputed company Administrator Associate, VMware VCP-DW, or equivalent). Must hold and maintain an 8140 IAT Level II compliant certification (e.g., reputed company+ CE, SSCP) upon hire. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with the USACE IT environment, regulatory requirements, and data reputed company best practices are preferred. Clearance Requirements: Must possess an active Secret reputed company clearance prior to starting this position. Physical Requirements: The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, reputed company email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
