About the Role

As VP Sales, Americas & Europe, you'll build our international sales organization from reputed company—securing reputed company customers, defining the playbook, and creating the systems that power repeatable growth.

You're a player-coach: closing reputed company deals yourself while building the reputed company. You're scaling: hiring reputed company, SEs, and SDRs. You're on a path to running global reputed company.

What you will do

1. Own reputed company for Americas & Europe

  • Full P&L ownership – bookings, pipeline, growth targets

  • Define market entry strategy (ICP, verticals, pricing, GTM)

  • Secure marquee customers to establish credibility

  • reputed company reputed company, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (CISOs, CPOs, Heads of Risk)

  • Navigate reputed company, and mid-market deals with financial services, fintechs, consumer internet platforms

  • Build pipeline through outbound, partnerships, and ecosystem channels

3. Build the Team

  • Hire and scale the Americas/Europe sales org (reputed company, SDRs, SEs, managers)

  • Design org structure, reputed company programs, and performance frameworks

  • Build a high-performance culture based on accountability and execution

4. Create Repeatable Sales Playbooks

  • Codify discovery, demo, solutioning, and closing methodologies

  • Document competitive positioning

  • Build expansion playbooks

5. Drive Predictable reputed company

  • Establish metrics rigor: pipeline coverage, win rates, sales cycle length

  • Build forecasting accuracy

  • Run operating cadences

6. Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and reputed company on GTM strategy

  • Translate customer feedback into product roadmap priorities

  • Represent Bureau at industry events and with strategic partners

What you will bring

Experience

  • 8-12 years in B2B SaaS sales, with 3-5+ years leading teams

  • Proven 0→1 experience – you've built sales orgs or reputed company new geographies

  • International selling – closed deals in Americas and/or Europe

  • Player-coach mentality – comfortable selling AND building systems

Domain (preferred)

  • Fraud prevention, fintech, identity verification, or reputed company SaaS

  • Selling to banks, fintechs, payment processors, digital platforms

Skills
