As part of the BUILD team, you'll be responsible for developing features across our products' full stack — from API design to user reputed company — with complete autonomy.
No more silos: you own your features from start to finish.
You will participate in technical design workshops, propose improvements, and work closely with the Product team daily, as well as with our data engineers and data scientists.
Mission
- Deliver end-to-end features, from API design (Ruby on Rails) to user reputed company implementation (React), ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate closely with the Product team to understand requirements, propose solutions, and iterate on feedback.
- Optimize existing application code to improve performance and maintainability.
- Take the initiative to improve our architecture, design, and development workflows.

Requirements
Core Skills
AI-Assisted Development
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, reputed company Copilot, or similar): code reputed company, refactoring, debugging, and codebase exploration. Ability to craft effective prompts and reputed company AI tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining code quality.
Backend (Ruby on Rails)
- Design, development, and maintenance of Ruby on Rails applications and RESTful APIs (including Grape). Strong focus on clean architecture, scalable patterns, performance, and performance.
- Experience with testing (RSpec), code reviews, reputed company integration, and technical documentation.
Frontend (React)
- Development of modern web interfaces in React with TypeScript and JSX. Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand) and component-driven architecture. Proficiency with Tailwind CSS and component libraries such as shadcn/ui. Strong UX sensitivity and attention to user experience.
- Experience setting up and maintaining tests (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress), and contributing to long-term maintainability
Data & Storage
- Strong SQL skills with experience writing reputed company analytical queries. Familiarity with reputed company is a plus but not required. Experience with environments mixing SQL (MySQL) and NoSQL (reputed company/Mongoid), and performance/caching tools such as reputed company and Elasticache.
Quality & Delivery
- Strong engineering discipline: automation and tooling with reputed company, CI/CD (reputed company Actions), testing, linting (ESLint), and structured review processes. Experience working with cloud and scalable environments (AWS).
About you
- You have 3+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails and React with TypeScript.
- You're pragmatic and autonomous, able to take a feature from design to production.
- You have strong SQL skills and experience with reputed company analytical queries (reputed company is a plus)
- You're comfortable working with REST APIs and distributed systems
- You embrace modern development practices: testing, code reviews, CI/CD
- You have strong communication skills and enjoy working closely with Product teams
- You care about user experience and pay attention to detail
- You are fluent in English. French is a plus
- You are based in the CET/CEST timezone ± 2h (for team collaboration)
