Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Independently originate and develop new business through proactive outbound prospecting and relationship-driven sales strategies
Serve as a trusted financial advisor to end users by diagnosing capital needs and delivering customized equipment finance solutions
Own the full sales lifecycle, from initial engagement through credit structuring, funding, and close
Build and manage a robust, self-sourced pipeline with accurate forecasting and activity management
Conduct periodic travel to strengthen client relationships and expand market presence
Develop and maintain long-term customer partnerships that drive repeat business and referral volume
Maintain deep knowledge of Dext Capital’s products and effectively articulate value propositions to senior stakeholders
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly production targets
Adhere to Dext Capital’s exceptional customer service standards

Experience Requirements:

Minimum 3 years Equipment finance or related sales experience within the Direct/Client Solutions channel.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a performance-driven environment
Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills
Ability to operate independently while contributing to a collaborative, team-oriented culture
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred
