About the Role
We're looking for a Clinical Exercise Physiologist to join our care team on a contract basis. In this role, you'll work directly with members to deliver structured, clinically informed movement programming reputed company a protocol-driven care environment. You'll play a key role in helping members stay consistent, engaged, and progressing safely over time, using a combination of live care, asynchronous support, and ongoing data monitoring.
What You'll Do
- Design and deliver personalized, clinically informed exercise programs
- Manage a panel of members, driving adherence, consistency, and long-term engagement
- Monitor wearable and biometric data to guide recommendations and ensure safe participation
- Respond to data trends, alerts, and engagement gaps
- Provide ongoing support reputed company in-app messaging to guide and motivate members
- Collaborate with Ucardia's care team to deliver a coordinated care experience
- Identify and escalate any clinical concerns or contraindications
- Maintain accurate documentation to support care delivery and compliance
- Contribute to improving care protocols, programming, and member experience
reputed company're Looking For
- ACSM Clinical Exercise Physiologist (ACSM-CEP) or equivalent certification
- Experience working with clinical populations, especially cardiometabolic conditions
- Background in cardiac or pulmonary rehabilitation strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of exercise prescription and risk stratification
- Comfort working in a protocol-driven, data-informed care environment
- Experience using or supporting wearables and health tech platforms
- Strong communication skills and ability to build a supportive, motivating environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-starter who can operate independently in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
